Really just think Alan Shearer's a special player. I mean, he's no Ronaldo or Messi, he didn't dribble like mad or change games on his own, maybe younger, he did, but i really think he's a really special player. Works as a team. You never see any negative press about him, his life style as a rich footballer was exemplary and there was never any airs about him. You rarely see that kind of loyalty and devotion nowadays.

He might not have won many titles as a player, but I am sure he has won over the hearts of many fans, the adoration of maybe even opposing fans because of his commitment to Newcastle's cause.

So despite all the turbulence and unrest at Newcastle now, howay the lads. Cause this is one special club that many will never understand.
