You can't be just friends with some people. Usually those who have touched your heart in a very special way. Yes usually you will say we'll be good friends first and see what happens. But does it really happen. Will not the person's presence remind you of your own emotions, the good times that you've spent together as well as the feelings you have for the person. Can you actually be fair to the person, or to yourself for that matter? Or for that matter when relationships turn sour and yet the 2 parties maintain that they're good friends, can that actually be done? I wouldn't say no but its of extreme difficulty. Most of the time, its really plain selfishness. One party gets the best of both worlds while the other remains in vast agony and pain.

Just random thoughts.
God bless:)
