Trust.
Its just so important. Between business associates. Between friends. Between lovers. Between parent and child. Between us and God.
Between business associates. Who would trust a company which has never kept to deals, stuck to promises and never pays debts or dividends to those who deserve it. Thats why integrity and trust is of utmost importance.
Between friends. Implicit trust. To love each other. To have fun with each other. To rely on each other when things don't look so bright and sunny anymore. To provide a shoulder for friends to cry on when needed. To know each other's friends. To know each other's other half and knowing that your friend will never do anything funny with him/her behind your back. Things that will hurt each other.
Between lovers. To have friends of both gender. To have complete trust in whatever they do. That they will be still committed to each other at the end of the day. To love each other. To respect each other. To lead a relationship that is pleasing unto Our Father in Heaven.
Between parent and child. To trust the parent that their doing everything for the child's good. Parents to trust the child in what he says. To care for him. To do everything that is edifying and encouraging.
Between us and God. Faith is for what we cannot see and prove. This is the trust that we have in Him. The promise that He made to us that whoever believes will receive His salvation by grace. To believe. Cos He has shown us more than enough evidence of His existence. Everything around us proves that. Of a higher existence. If we see God's physical self, won't we be all forced to believe anyway?
